Some Light DIY

Not the trickiest of DIY projects…. but one of Averi’s fellow teachers gave us this super old, beautiful armoir that they didn’t have space/need for in their new house. So in a fit of prednisone, I scrubbed the whole thing down with Murphy’s Oil Soap to clean it up and restore it. Some of the ‘before’ pics were taken with my phone, so they’re obviously quite bad. I was too amped to go get the D90.

Christmas Decorations

Thanks 100% to Averi, the house is decorated, and looks sweet. Also 100% thanks to Averi, we have these sweet pictures of the decorations, as I didn’t take any of them.

Also, she made this wreath! Yep. My wife is a ballar.

A few quick snaps (well. one was more like an hour and 15 minutes. mostly using ‘quick’ in the sense that I didn’t think too hard about these other than to attempt correct exposure. I actually hate how these are composed, but I still think they turned out marginally okay.).
